“As someone living abroad for several years, I’ve often heard from friends and family that their children lose connection with their heritage, language, and cultural identity. This inspired me to create products that bring heritage to the forefront, helping children explore and learn about their roots in a fun and easy way. Coloring was the perfect method—it’s simple, engaging, and naturally sparks curiosity while encouraging learning.”

“I’ve seen kids turn mountains purple and skies orange, and that's the pure magic of creativity! It’s about expressing ourselves in ways that feel true, not perfect. This is why I chose coloring as the theme for Colorains. It’s simple, accessible, and opens the door to creativity and joy for all ages.”

“I wanted to create a product that brings families together, especially those living abroad or in multicultural households. Several friends of mine have shared how their children sometimes loose interest in speaking their native language, making them worry about losing a connection to their heritage. My goal with Colorains is to spark moments where parents and children can learn about their roots together while enjoying a creative activity. Each moment I witness of a family bonding over this fills me with joy and inspires me to continue creating products that foster these connections.”
